Absolutely. We operate as a pure OEM ("Ghost Loft"). We do not have a retail brand — we only work with sailmakers, never end customers. Your designs are encrypted, assigned a unique hash, and legally protected under our Partner NDA. We simply manufacture what you design.
Yes, that's the whole point. We ship "White Label". The sails arrive unbranded (or with your logo if pre-arranged). You are the manufacturer of record; we are just your factory. The customer buys from YOU, pays YOU, and trusts YOU.
We provide a 3-year warranty against delamination and structural failure of the membrane. Hardware and finishing details are warranted for 1 year. Since you do the final finishing, you control the final quality check before handing over to the customer.
We don't require exclusivity. Many partners use us alongside other suppliers, choosing LoadX for specific projects where membrane technology makes sense. You're free to work with whoever fits your needs.
