Standard Warranty Coverage

1. Workmanship Warranty
Section titled “1. Workmanship Warranty”Duration: 2 Years from delivery date.

2. Material Warranty

Warranty Exclusions
Section titled “Warranty Exclusions”The following conditions are NOT COVERED under standard warranty:
1. Normal Wear & Tear (“Start Date: Launch”)
Section titled “1. Normal Wear & Tear (“Start Date: Launch”)”- Chafe: Damage from rigging contact (spreaders, shrouds, lifelines) is maintenance responsibility.
- UV Damage: Sun degradation on exposed cloth (cover usage required).
- Flogging: Damage caused by allowing sails to flog excessively.
2. Misuse & Accidents
Section titled “2. Misuse & Accidents”- Overloading: Usage beyond design wind range (e.g., carrying Genoa #1 in 30 knots).
- Impact: Grounding, collision, or winch/deck gear impact.
- Improper Storage: Mold/mildew due to wet storage.
3. Unauthorized Modification
Section titled “3. Unauthorized Modification”- Any alteration by third-party lofts without prior written approval may affect warranty coverage. Please contact us to discuss before making modifications.
Service & Claims Process
Section titled “Service & Claims Process”Filing a Warranty Claim
Section titled “Filing a Warranty Claim”To expedite resolution, please provide:
- Original Invoice Number: Proof of purchase.
- Detailed Photos: Clear images of the issue (wide shot + close-up).
- Description: Circumstances under which the issue occurred.

Process:
- Submit claim via email or partner portal with the above documentation.
- Initial assessment within 2 business days (remote photo review).
- Return authorization (if required) or local loft repair approval issued.
- Repair/Replacement execution — turnaround typically 5-10 business days.
Recommended Maintenance
Section titled “Recommended Maintenance”To maintain warranty validity, we recommend:
- Annual Check: Professional inspection at authorized loft.
- UV Covers: Use whenever sail is furled/flaked.
- Rinse: Fresh water rinse after salt exposure.
Documentation Package
Section titled “Documentation Package”Every new sail includes a digital or physical documentation set.
